A simple guide to use Apple Watch Activity App
Open Activity App from App View as shown in Pic or directly from your Watch Face incase configured.
This is activity app. Launch page shows three colour rings.
- Red – Steps/Active Calories(Move)
- Green – Exercise
- Blue – No of Hours Standing
Use digital crown to scroll down for further information like Active Calories, Total Steps and Total Distance.
Swipe right to navigate to Move screen
Scroll down to check per hour moves column chart
Swipe right to access Exercise ring
Scroll down to check per hour exercise column chart
Swipe right to check Stand Ring
Scroll down to check per hour stand column chart

Follow these steps to Change Apple Watch Face
Step1: Force Touch apple watch face, you will receive haptic feedback and Customise button will appear on Apple watch.
Step2: Click on Customise button.
Step3: select desired colour and and change complications.
Step4: Apply desired watch face. Njoy!!
